Living an authentic life is difficult at times. We often get caught up in what we feel is expected of us in our daily roles as wife, mother, or friend and lose sight of who we are. In not living as our authentic selves we tend to develop negative coping skills that interfere with our happiness including depression, anxiety, insomnia, stress, and addiction.
